6 Pages of sketches of monogram and these are all my first letter of my name 'YJ' . I took it quite a long time because I have to think many ways to draw and design my monogram but this is one of the best ways to think creatively and I also had fun playing around the monogram.

DEVELOPMENT

These are all developments from 5 of my monograms and each monograms has two pages of it. Total 10 pages of it taken me a very long time to finish but I feel so happy when I've done all of them although I almost desperate but here are they.

5 ITEMS

I picked this as my items' monogram because it looks like a hourglass and this always remind me to treasure the time as time flies. I designed it with different ways and colors and this picture shown is just one of them.

This picture shown is the boxes that have 5 of my items in it.

This is what they look like when then the cover are opened. For the treasure box, I put a gold paper in it and I made it wrinkle so that to have more reflection. Those 5 of my items are crystal, blazer, Chinese hairpin, Cheongsam and hourglass.

A CRYSTAL STONE- ' A CRYSTAL WON'T GROW, BUT A FATHER'S LOVE WILL'

When I was in primary school, a seller told me that the crystal will grow if i water it everyday but I noticed that it doesn't grow at all although I watered it everyday...

I realized that this is not only a crystal stone, but it is also a shine and bright father's love, like the crystal stone.

SECONDARY SCHOOL PREFECT'S UNIFORM-' WILL YOU STILL REMEMBER ME 25 YEARS LATER?'

This uniform is red in colour and it represents brave. It accompanied me for five years high school carrier and it will be with me forever although I have already graduated. It is a power to me. When I feel tired or want to give up something, it will always give me strength and this is also memories of me and 25 partners of mine. Although sometimes we quarelled with each other but those time we work hard together is just wonderful. Time flies and we're all graduated... will you still remember me 25 years later?

CHINESE HAIRPIN- ' PROTECTION OF MY MOTHER'

This is a gift from my mother when i was in secondary school. This is a peacock designed hairpin and peacock means protection . To me, this is a kind of protection from my mother and the hairpin is beautiful just like my mother. I can feel that she's around me when I look at the hairpin when I leave my hometown.

CHEONGSAM- 'NEVER FORGET OUR CULTURE'

I love Chinese culture so much and I love to wear Chinese traditional costumes that is Cheongsam. To me, it is quite a conservative clothing. It covers the most of my body parts, revealing only head, hands and the tips of the toes. It gives me a sense of security as it is a conservative clothing and the most important is to remind me to not to forget our culture

SAND FILTER- 'TIME IS PRECIOUS'

I chose this to be my item because it always remind me that time is precious and also cherish everything I having now that are family and friends because I'll regret one day if I don't treasure them. Times flies and TIME IS PRECIOUS.
